MoveGlobal provides airport transfers mainly with its own fleet, supplemented at some airports by vetted, licensed partners. Whoever drives, we never leave customers caught between platforms, drivers and fleet operators. Booking information, trip changes, meeting arrangements and issue handling all follow a service chain that we take responsibility for driving forward.
We do not consider "finding a car" to be the end of our service. Real service starts when your booking is confirmed: we make sure the information is clear in advance, we follow up proactively when things change, and if you suffer a loss we first get your journey back on track, then handle the remedy and compensation.
Why you need one accountable point of contact
Travel does not always go to plan. A delayed flight, an extra bag, a last-minute change of hotel address: small things on a normal trip become "who do I turn to?" in an unfamiliar city. What really matters is who takes charge of coordination when things change.
How a standard booking works
Once you enter your real trip and confirm the quote, your booking page is your single point of access: you can view your driver and vehicle, meeting details, contact options and available status updates there. Before departure, we send you the booking link again.
Who is responsible when things change
Flight changes, not finding your driver and other issues are all handled starting from your booking page or our support contact. Our support team resolves routine issues directly; major issues are escalated to a responsible manager. You do not have to keep explaining yourself to platforms, drivers and fleet operators.
Standards for our own fleet and partners
Most trips are operated by MoveGlobal's own fleet; at some airports, we work with vetted, licensed local partners. Whoever drives, commercial passenger insurance, operating credentials and applicable licences are the minimum standard, and the actual operator is stated on your order confirmation page.
Facts you can verify
We publish our operating entity, address, contact details, licence and insurance information on this site, with the date of the last update. We do not display ratings, order volumes or reviews that cannot be verified.
